Job: Information Security Officer

Job Description:

Plans, directs and coordinates agency activities specific to the field of Information Security for the State Road & Tollway Authority (SRTA). Administers and manages operations and the prime mission of the agency cybersecurity program to include protection of information and agency assets. Develops and enforces the organization’s security policies and procedures, security awareness program, the information security portion of the business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and all industry and government compliances issues. Designs and develops security procedures to manage and control user specific security policies on a diverse range of internal hardware platforms supporting various software operating systems and applications. May supervise or be the lead for lower level information security positions and/or the IT security function for SRTA. The Information Security Officer reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Job: Knowledge Management Analyst – TPI

Job Description:

The Knowledge Management Analyst works within the Office of Transportation Performance & Innovation (TPI) to collect, organize, track, communicate, and foster the sharing of knowledge and information generated by and for the State Mobility Authorities (SRTA, GRTA, and the ATL). The TPI mission is to enable evidence-based and customer-focused enhancements to the statewide and Atlanta-region mobility networks. This mission is accomplished by providing thoughtful and systematic research, analysis, reporting, and program development services. The Knowledge Management Analyst works under the supervision of the Senior Knowledge Manager and other TPI management including the Director of TPI. Content managed by this position may include data and analysis results; research reports; presentation materials; reports on projects-in-progress and completed milestones; documentation of job roles; process details and workflows; program histories; process improvement histories; lessons learned from projects, initiatives, conferences, and training; meeting minutes; and other content that may be identified by or with TPI management.

Job: Transit Systems Administrator II – Transit Ops

Job Description:

The Transit Systems Administrator II supports and administers the daily operation of ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) hardware at several sites including but not limited to Transit Operations sites, Park and Ride Lots and the Toll Operations Center (TOC). Works with staff and contractors utilizing ITS systems in remote locations. The position supports production hardware while ensuring daily availability, functionality, and efficiencies by monitoring and configuring networked devices. Installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, Internet system, computers, desktops and/or mobile devices. Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.
